The price is guaranteed only for full payment; otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to change the rates.
- For apartment AQUA, the price for the third and next person is 4,750 rsd for adults half board and 4,250 rsd for children half board
- Daily stay in the room for the duration of 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the price of RSD 3,000 - the latest departure from the room by 6:00 p.m. The price does not include the entry-bracelet for the swimming pool and wellness, which are mandatory and are additionally charged according to the standard price list.
- Daily stay in a Deluxe room is 5000 RSD. The price does not include the entrance fee - wristband for the swimming pool and wellness, which are mandatory and are additionally charged according to the standard price list.
- From March 13, the amount of surcharge for one person if staying in a larger Superior or Lux room alone is 2000 RSD per day.
- The amount of surcharge for one person if staying alone in a De Lux room or Apartment is 3000 RSD per day.
- Apartment Aqua is 16,000 RSD for two people, and each additional person pays 3250 RSD .
- Extended stay is 2000 RSD per room.
- For the comfort and pleasant stay of all our guests, all rooms in the hotel are NON-SMOKING.
- Overnight accommodation is offered on a bed& breakfast basis.
- Room service is charged 580 RSD.
- The hotel does not charge for the air conditioning service, it is free of charge and is not included in the price, so the hotel does not accept complaints about malfunctions of air conditioning devices.
- Our facilities are not pet friendly so pets are not allowed to enter!
- Check-in time: Check-in time is from 2 pm, and check-out time is until 11 am.
- Prices during holidays: Accommodation prices during national holidays and major religious holidays (Christmas, Easter, St. Valentine /Trifun) are the same as for weekends.

PRICE INCLUDES:
- The accommodation price includes breakfast and use of the swimming pool, wellness center, SPA and use of bathrobes
- Bed and breakfast service (homoljski table). Up to 10 guests are served a continental breakfast/butter, jam or honey, ham, a slice of cheese, croissant or other pastry, fruit and drinks (coffee, tea, juice...), and for more than 10 guests a buffet.
- Access and unlimited use of the contents of the Wellness Center, which is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (salt room, steam bath, sauna, tropical showers), use of the pool with thermo-mineral water, use of the winter aqua park, with the mandatory wearing of a wristband.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tourist tax in the amount of RSD 73.00 per person for children and adults.
PRICE LIST FOR CHILDREN:
- Children up to 3 years old - use hotel accommodation for free.
- Children aged 3-12 - have a 30% discount on hotel accommodation.
- Children from 12 years old pay the full price of hotel accommodation.

Price list for the swimming pool and wellness center
During the period from January 21st to January 30th, the waterslide pool and pools will not be operational.
Ticket prices during this period are as follows:
*800 RSD for adults (7 years and older)
*400 RSD for children under 7 years old
*700 RSD for residents of the Petrovac na Mlavi municipality
*500 RSD for a half-day ticket from 4 PM (not valid on weekends)
*Group tickets for groups of more than 10 people are 500 RSD per person, with mandatory prior notice at least one day in advance.

- In order to get a group ticket, you need at least 10 people and an announcement at least 1 day before. For groups of 25 or more people, TWO people have free entry (25+2). For groups of 40 or more people, TWO people have free entrance and lunch (40+2). For more information, call 062 244 197.
- Starting from July 1st, 2024, for organized groups arriving by van with 15 or more people, the driver will receive a free lunch and one wellness wristband. For groups arriving by bus with 40 or more people, both the driver and the group leader will receive a free lunch and two wellness wristbands as a gift.
- Starting from July 1st, 2024, the rental of sunbeds will be mandatory at a price of 200 RSD per piece, with either a group or regular ticket. Only children up to 2 years old are exempt from paying for sunbeds. All others must pay, without exception.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
To confirm the reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 40% is required within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice, and the rest until arrival or upon arrival at the hotel. The price is guaranteed only for the payment of the entire amount, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to change the price. abroad, the bank charges are borne by the payer, otherwise the charges will be charged at the hotel reception.

The date of cancellation of the reservation is the basis for calculating the fee, expressed as a percentage in relation to the total price of the accommodation or package, namely:
- 20% of the total value of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the start of the service
- 30% of the total value of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is canceled 14 to 8 days before the start of the service
- 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is canceled 7 to 0 days before the start of the service or during the service period or in case of no-show of the guest at the hotel
Information for vouchers
In order to receive a confirmation of accommodation reservation, on the basis of which you can submit a request for obtaining a voucher, an advance payment in the amount of 40% is required. After recording the payment, confirmations are sent via e-mail.
