The price is guaranteed only for full payment; otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to change the rates.
- An overnight stay on a breakfast basis is also offered, with the option of a half-board meal if guests wish.
- Daily stay in a Deluxe room is 5000 RSD. The price does not include the entrance fee - wristband for the swimming pool and wellness, which are mandatory and are additionally charged according to the standard price list.
- The amount of surcharge for one person if staying alone in a De Lux room or Apartment is 3000 RSD per day.
- Extended stay is 2000 RSD per room.
- For the comfort and pleasant stay of all our guests, all rooms in the hotel are NON-SMOKING.
- Room service is charged 580 RSD.
- The hotel does not charge for the air conditioning service, it is free of charge and is not included in the price, so the hotel does not accept complaints about malfunctions of air conditioning devices.
- Check-in time: Check-in time is from 2 pm, and check-out time is until 11 am.
- Prices during holidays: Accommodation prices during national holidays and major religious holidays (Christmas, Easter, St. Valentine /Trifun) are the same as for weekends.

PRICE INCLUDES:
- The accommodation price includes breakfast and use of the swimming pool, wellness center, SPA and use of bathrobes
- Bed and breakfast service (homoljski table). Up to 10 guests are served a continental breakfast/butter, jam or honey, ham, a slice of cheese, croissant or other pastry, fruit and drinks (coffee, tea, juice...), and for more than 10 guests a buffet.
- Access and unlimited use of the contents of the Wellness Center, which is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (salt room, steam bath, sauna, tropical showers), use of the pool with thermo-mineral water, use of the winter aqua park, with the mandatory wearing of a wristband.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tourist tax in the amount of RSD 73.00 per person for children and adults.
PRICE LIST FOR CHILDREN:
- Children up to 3 years old - use hotel accommodation for free.
- Children aged 3 to 10 years - have a 50% discount on hotel accommodation.
- Children from 10 years old pay the full price of hotel accommodation.

- From 01.07.2024. it is mandatory to pay for deckchairs of RSD 200 per piece, with a group or regular ticket. Children up to 2 years old do not pay, while all other visitors, without exception, pay the specified price. In order to use the services of Wellness, it is mandatory to wear a wristband, for identification purposes. The wristband is available at checkout.
- For guests who are not staying at the hotel, Wellness services (sauna, salt room, steam bath, heated benches) are charged extra and can only be used with a daily pool ticket.
- There is no charge for using the slide.

For hotel guests, the indoor and small outdoor pools are open every day from 07:00.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
To confirm the reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 40% is required within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice, and the rest until arrival or upon arrival at the hotel. The price is guaranteed only for the payment of the entire amount, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to change the price. abroad, the bank charges are borne by the payer, otherwise the charges will be charged at the hotel reception.

The date of cancellation of the reservation is the basis for calculating the fee, expressed as a percentage in relation to the total price of the accommodation or package, namely:
- 20% of the total value of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the start of the service
- 30% of the total value of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is canceled 14 to 8 days before the start of the service
- 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is canceled 7 to 0 days before the start of the service or during the service period or in case of no-show of the guest at the hotel
Information for vouchers
In order to receive a confirmation of accommodation reservation, on the basis of which you can submit a request for obtaining a voucher, an advance payment in the amount of 40% is required. After recording the payment, confirmations are sent via e-mail.
