Terms of cancelation
Cancellation or change of reservation must be submitted in writing to the email: info@ruczdrelo.rs
The date of cancellation of the reservation is the basis for calculating the fee, expressed as a percentage in relation to the total price of the accommodation or package, namely:
- 20% of the total value of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the start of the service
- 30% of the total value of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is canceled 14 to 8 days before the start of the service
- 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged if the reservation is canceled 7 to 0 days before the start of the service or during the service period or in case of no-show of the guest at the hotel
COVID 19
In the event of the introduction of a state of emergency, with the aim of preventing the COVID-19 virus, closing borders or declaring emergency measures at the level of the municipality of Petrovac na Mlavi, guests have the opportunity to:
- changes in booking dates (subject to availability)
- to request a refund of paid funds
