Excursion for guests of the "Banja Zdrelo" hotel
Departure from the entrance of the “Banja Ždrelo” hotel is at 11 a.m. every Thursday and Sunday.
Our adventure begins with a drive through part of the Homolje Mountains, on whose slopes and slopes, as well as in the gorge of the Mlava River, there are the remains of numerous monasteries from the Middle Ages.
We go down the winding roads of the Homolj mountains to the village of Krepoljin, where we turn towards Despotovac, more precisely to our main destination “Krupajsko vrelo”, where we arrive around 11:40 am.
Krupajsko vrelo, a true pearl of the nature of our country, is one of the favorite destinations of our guests and all other tourists of Serbia.
The entire Homolj region is known as a large ecological oasis, and the Krupajsko spring is its most important feature. We stay at the Krupajsko vrela until 12:30 p.m., when we head back.
Rest follows in the restaurant “Gornjak” where we can refresh ourselves on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Mlava River and the Monastery in the cave.
There is a lookout point nearby, just 200 meters uphill, from which you can see the Mlava river hugging the glades of the Homoljski mountains at the foot.
We stay for about 1 hour.
After the enjoyment, we return to Banja Ždrelo, where our adventure ends at 1:40 p.m.
